WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND?

The Course is restricted to Therapists who hold a recognised qualification in Anatomy and Physiology and a body modality (aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, shiatsu etc). Reiki practitioners, crystal healers, hypnotherapists, nurses and other health care professionals are not exempt from this requirement. Copies of all qualifications of prospective students must be sent with application form.

WHAT WILL THE COURSE BE ABOUT?

The course will closely follow the approved syllabus and will include,

Theory	Practical
· History	Students will be required to practice the therapy on each other.
· Candle ingredients
· Mode of action	Written Assessment to be completed at the end of the day
· Indications for treatments

Case Studies.

Students will be required to present three case studies consisting of three treatments each with results of each treatment. In addition, a 500 word project on - "My interpretation and results of Thermo-Aricular Therapy" to be submitted within one month of training.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY?

Course notes and candles for the course will be provided, you will need to bring your own writing materials and wear something loose and comfortable for the practical session. Biosun Hopi Ear Candles will be available for you to purchase at therapist rates.

Linda has been using the candles for over 10 years and it is through the dedication to this work along with Susan Maunsell that this therapy has been recognised for insurance purposes.

COSTS.

Approximate costs:
10 + students £70 each.
6 - 10 students £100 each.
These treatments are becoming increasingly popular and retail for between £20 - £45 per treatment so initial outlay for training is easily recovered.

Due to the intensive nature of the course, we limit the number of students attending workshops. This ensures that all students receive personal attention. Therefore early application is advisable to avoid disappointment.
